Warranty Process

After the form is successfully received & pictures have been emailed to sales@baumbat.com please allow 3-5 business days to hear back from the warranty department. If you do not hear from us in 5 business days email sales@baumbat.com. Baum will inspect your bat/submission based on your explanation, verify the purchase and determine if warranty coverage is applicable. If approved you will receive an RA#, you will have 15 days to get the bat in the mail. If your return does not have the Return Authorization Number clearly visible on the outside of the box it will be discarded, and your submission will be closed. After 15 days your RA# will be voided. Please understand that repaired/replacement bats may take 3-6 weeks on average to return to you. Inbound shipping costs are to be paid by the customer. *Alaska, Hawaii, and International customers are responsible for paying the shipping charges both ways. If approved this is a one-time replacement. Baum reserves the right to deny any bat claim. 

If a replacement bat is approved Baum will send the same length as the one returned, Baum reserves the right to send any model bat we have in stock as a replacement. That includes cosmetic blemished bats. If the Bat can be repaired then it will be repaired and sent back. The replacement bat will not be covered by any warranty policy.
