***Please Read, 4 Steps

  • Step 1 Review "WHAT IS NOT COVERED" section. *Please do not submit any bats outside of the warranty as they will not be covered.
  • Step 2 If qualify, fill out form *EMAIL HAS TO MATCH ONE PURCHASED WITH
  • Step 3 Send pics of damages to sales@baumbat.com & explain how occurred.
  • Step 4 After pictures have been emailed to us give us up to 5 business days to approve, repair, replace, deny.

*If approved to send a bat back customers will be responsible for shipping costs IN & outside US.

*Customers responsible for all duties, taxes & shipping (both ways) outside U.S. If the warranty submission was approved for replacement a new bat will be sent to you via USPS, Federal Express Ground or UPS Ground at no charge to U.S. address.

*Lizard skins that were purchased at the same time will not be replaced or installed on warranty bats.

What Warranty Does Not Cover?

**CLOSEOUT/BLEM BATS – THEY ARE SOLD “AS IS” No Warranty

Team use (multiple players using the bat) not covered due to accelerated wear

Accelerated wear from misuse or overuse is not covered

Does not cover damage due to misuse/overuse or normal wear from typical use.

Impacts or plate taps to the end cap resulting in chipping or deterioration.

Athletic Tape applied in the handle area (reduces handle flex causing potential accelerated failure) – Lizard skin/vuk grips etc. type grips are okay

Bat usage beyond the warranty period depending on type of warranty included from purchase/ship date.

Bat purchased from a non-authorized re-seller or "used or second-hand."

Spike marks on the surface of bat.

Minor dings or scratches

Surface impacts on bat which are not from a baseball.

Batting practice utilizing dimpled cage balls.

Random or incidental impacts with surrounding objects within the field of play or practice facility.

Barrel failures meaning within the hitting area of the barrel. Handle failures being the transition.

White Edition bats include a 120-day limited warranty for manufactures defect when purchased directly from www.baumbat.com and shipped to an address located within the United States only.

White Edition Baum Bats are covered by a 120-day manufacturer’s defect warranty from the purchase/ship date only.

Gold Edition AAA Pro MAPLE

210 Day Limited Warranty (120 Days EndCap/Handle, 210 Days Barrel)

Barrel failures meaning within the hitting area of the barrel. Handle failures being the transition.

Gold Edition bats include a 210-day limited warranty for manufactures defect when purchased directly from www.baumbat.com and shipped to an address located within the United States only.

White Edition Baum Bats are covered by a 120-day manufacturer’s defect warranty from the purchase/ship date only.

As a part of this process, Baum will inspect your bat based on your explanation, verify the purchase with the authorized dealer and make a determination if warranty Coverage is applicable. Unfortunately, Baum Enterprises cannot determine the length of time from when the bat was purchased/shipped to when it was first used therefore the purchase/ship date starts the warranty coverage period. Warranty is not transferable. All closeout bats/blemish bats are voided of warranty. Baum Enterprises reserves the right to refuse coverage. Steps on how to file your claim are below. If approved this is a one-time replacement .

PROCESS

If a replacement bat is approved Baum will send the same length as the one returned, Baum Enterprises reserves the right to send any model bat we have in stock as a replacement. That includes cosmetic blemished bats. If the Bat can be repaired then it will be repaired and sent back. The replacement bat will not be covered by any warranty policy. Once you receive your RA# you will have 15 days to get the bat into our possession. If Baum does not receive the bat within 15 days your RA will be voided. Warranty bats may take 4-6 weeks on average to return to you. Baum Enterprises if shipping within the continental United states will pay for the shipping of the replacement/repaired bat back to you. All shipping charges on bats returned to Baum Enterprises must be paid for by the customer sending the return. For replacement/repaired bats that need to be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or international, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping charges both ways. If your return does not have the Return Authorization Number clearly visible on the outside of the box it will be discarded, and your submission will be closed. We reserve the right to deny any bat claim.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

BATS: must be UNUSED to be eligible for a return, bagged and boxed with a copy of the original receipt. All sales are final on customized bats (engraving or colors) & blemished/closeout bats. The Customer is responsible for shipping costs along with a 15% restocking fee.

GEAR: Gear/Apparel must be in new condition and within 30 days of the shipping date to be eligible for return. The customer is responsible for shipping costs as well as a 15% restocking fee.
