Warranty Steps

Step 1: Review "What Is Not Covered?"

Step 2: Submit warranty form *Email inputed has to match order

Step 3: Email pics to sales@baumbat.com & share how it took place

Step 4: Please await an email reply from our warranty department

*If the warranty submission is approved it will be sent back (US address) at no charge (customer is responsible for freight costs inbound) *International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes & shipping costs *Lizard skins will not be replaced on warranty bats

What Is Not Covered?

  • Closeout/Blem Bats – They are sold “as is” No Warranty
  • Bats outside of the warranty time frame
  • Team use (multi player use), misuse/overuse (machine used, heavy balls, dimple balls etc.) due to accelerated wear
  • Athletic tape grip (reduces handle flex causing potential accelerated failure)
  • Purchased from a non-authorized re-seller or "used/second-hand"
  • Dings and scratches (ex. cleat marks)
  • Impacts on bat which are not from a baseball
  • Bat grips

Gold Edition

Gold Edition AAA-PRO bats include a 210 Day Limited Warranty (120 Days EndCap/Handle, 210 Days Barrel) when purchased directly from www.baumbat.com and shipped to an address located within the United States, Barrel failures meaning within the hitting area of the barrel. Handle failures being the transition, 210-day manufacturer’s defect warranty starts from the purchase/ship date

White Edition/Baum Axe

White Edition/Baum Axe AAA-PRO bats include a 120 Day Limited Warranty (90 days EndCap/Handle, 120 Days Barrel) when purchased directly from www.baumbat.com and shipped to an address located within the United States, Barrel failures (within the hitting area of the barrel), Handle failures (the transition), 120-day manufacturer’s defect warranty starts from the purchase/ship date

More Info

  • The warranty time frame starts on the purchase/ship date
  • Warranty is not transferable, warranty replacements will not be covered (one time replacement)
  • Baum reserves the right to refuse coverage
  • Baum will process the same size as ordered
  • Bats are subject to repair
  • Baum reserves the right to replace with any model we have in stock

Returns/Exchanges

  • Please chat us/email us at sales@baumbat.com, or call us during business hours to learn more
  • BATS: must be UNUSED to be eligible for a return, bagged and boxed with a copy of the original receipt. All sales are final on customized bats (engraving or colors) & blemished/closeout bats
  • GEAR: Gear/Apparel must be in new condition and within 30 days of the shipping date to be eligible for return
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs and subject to a 15% restocking fee
