WARRANTY & RETURNS

Prior to submission, please read below! 

Warranty Steps

Step 1: Review the "What Is Not Covered" section.

Step 2: Submit the warranty form. (Note: Your email must match the one used for the order.)

Step 3: Email photos of the full bat (including the logo and knob) along with your receipt or proof of purchase to [email protected]. Please provide a brief explanation of the issue.

Step 4: Wait for a response from our warranty department. (Note: If Step 3 is not completed, the warranty team will not receive your submission or be able to respond.)

Step 5: If your warranty claim is approved, send the bat to the following address:
6535 Industrial Drive, Geismar, LA 70734.

 

*If the warranty submission is approved it will be sent back (US address) at no charge (customer is responsible for freight costs inbound) *International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes & shipping costs

*Lizard Skins grips will not be replaced on warranty bats

 

What Is Not Covered?

• Blem Bats - sold "as is" which includes no warranty
• Bats outside of the warranty time frame
• Team use (multiplayer use), misuse/overuse (machine used, heavy balls, dimple balls etc.) due to accelerated wear
• Athletic tape grip (reduces handle flex causing potential accelerated failure)
• Purchased from a non-authorized re-seller or "used/second-hand"
• Topics unrelated to structural integrity
• Dings and scratches (ex. cleat marks)
• Impacts on bat which are not from a baseball
• Bat grips
• Accessories

 

Gold Edition

Gold Edition AAA Pro bats include a 6-Month Warranty purchased directly from www.baumbat.com and shipped to an address located within the United States. 6-Month Warranty starts from the delivery date.

Platinum Edition (Stock and Custom)

Platinum Stock and Custom AAA Pro bats include a 12-Month Warranty when purchased directly from www.baumbat.com and shipped to an address located within the United States. 12-Month Warranty starts from the delivery date.

• Bats do not have to be registered to be eligible for warranty coverage
• The warranty time frame starts on the delivery date
• Warranty is not transferable, warranty replacements will not be covered (one time replacement)
• Baum reserves the right to refuse coverage
• Baum will process the same size as ordered
• Bats are subject to repair
• Baum reserves the right to replace with any model we have in stock

 

Returns/Exchanges


• Please chat us/email us at [email protected], or call us during business hours to learn more
• BATS: Must be UNUSED to be eligible for a return and within 15 days from the delivery date, bagged and boxed with a copy of the original receipt. All sales are final on customized bats (engraving or colors) & blemished/closeout bats
• Customers are responsible for all shipping costs and subject to a 15% restocking fee
